PegasusTSI was approached to develop a Master Plan for Florikan’s facility located in Bowling Green Florida. The Master Plan is a roadmap detailing capital projects planned to be executed over the next several years. The Master Plan takes into consideration immediate needs such as maintenance challenges or equipment at or near the end of service life, as well as long term needs such as business segment changes and growth. Projects identified in the Master Plan address equipment integrity, operating efficiency, unit capacity and reliability. The Master Plan outlines the schedule to complete projects, budgetary estimates, scope and justification.
